List of featured suppliers of GREASE SEPARATORS Stainless Steel on Building Products Index
Grease separators, stainless steel, are containers designed to separate fats, oils, and grease from wastewater before it is discharged into public sewage systems or other wastewater treatment facilities. These separators function by allowing wastewater to flow through a series of baffles and interceptors which are specifically designed to trap grease and oil while allowing the water to continue its flow. The grease and oil are then separated from the water and stored in the separator until they can be properly disposed of. Stainless steel is often used in the construction of these separators due to its durability and resistance to corrosion.
