Main Product Ranges
Marley offer a wide range of soil systems, from PVCu push-fit and solvent weld systems for domestic drainage to HDPE and Acoustic for commercial applications.
The Marley Akatherm HDPE drainage range is certified to BS EN 1519: 2000 (licence number KM 545820) . An extension of the Marley soil & waste portfolio, the HDPE range offers an alternative solution to cast iron. It is particularly suited for commercial applications or where a product with high impact or abrasion resistance is required, such as hospitals, hotels, schools, as well as residential buildings.
The Marley dBlue acoustic system is a triple-layer drainage system designed for use where improved levels of soundproofing are required. Suitable for use in domestic applications as well as hospitals and hotels, where reduced noise levels are preferred.
Marley offer a wide range of waste pipe fittings and waste systems, from PVCu push-fit and solvent weld systems for domestic drainage to HDPE and Acoustic for commercial applications.
Advanced Life4technology on four of the key profiles, coupled with the benefits of the Easyclip and notching capability combine to make the Marley rainwater range the most comprehensive available.
The Marley Plumbing & Drainage range of underground drainage offers solutions for every type of project:
- Solid wall pipe and fittings, predominately used for private drainage but suitable for public and private sewers.
- Quantum Sewer structured wall pipe, suitable for private drains and public sewers at depths up to 10m and foul and surface water applications.
- Quantum Highway structured wall pipe, suitable for highway surface water carrier and filter drains and private surface water applications.
- Large diameter Quantum highway is manufactured from HDPE, pipes are also available in either fully slotted and half slotted options.
The range of Marley sustainable drainage systems includes the Waterloc250 modular geocellular unit and the Flowloc control device.
- Waterloc250 is ideal for use in either an underground infiltration or attenuation system. 96% of the cell volume is available to store water, minimising the extent of excavation required for the installation.
- Flowloc is a vortex flow control device. Used as part of an attenuation scheme, Flowloc controls the rate at which water is discharged to a surface water drain or water course.

SPECIALISTS IN PLUMBING SYSTEMS OPT FOR MULTIKWIK FRAMES
Multikwik’s sanitary frames and flush plates have been installed in Woodford Heating’s new office washrooms in Essex, to provide employees and visitors with an attractive bathroom space that will last at least 25 years.
Woodford Heating and Energy specialises in heating, energy and plumbing systems for the London residential housing market. Steve Abbott, Operations Director at Woodford said: “We have a long standing relationship with Marley Plumbing and Drainage and its sister company Multikwik, so we knew that its products would be the perfect fit for our new washrooms. However, the Multikwik sanitary frames were a new product for us, but as we utilise many other of its products on a daily basis, we thought we’d give them a trial and we were delighted with the result.”
The ground floor toilets of Woodford Heating and Energy’s offices had six WCs, two urinals and four hand basin frames installed, in 1185mm, perfect for a commercial project such as this.
Multikwik’s sanitary frames support loads in excess of 400kg (63st) and are designed to stand the test of time, with a 25 year product guarantee. On the WC frames, dual flush stainless flushplate was specified because they dual flush capability offers a choice of 6/3 and 4/2 litre flushes.
Once all of the frames were installed, they were then concealed to mask the unsightly pipework for a clean finish, which took up no more space than a traditional back to the wall installation.
The fully adjustable frames were installed by Ian Burgess, one of Woodford Heating’s Service Engineers from Woodford FM (part of Woodford Heating & Energy), he said: “Having been a plumber for many years I have used a wide range of materials in my time; I found the Multikwik frames and concealed cisterns extremely easy to assemble and install. What’s more, all of the products were manufactured to a very high standard.”

MARLEY PRODUCTS HELP CREATE LONDON’S SKYLINE BUILD
A unique 46 storey new build on the Isle of Dogs, London, has benefitted from products supplied by Marley Plumbing & Drainage, along with technical support. The high level of technical support that Marley provided meant that time and money was saved during the building process.
The Baltimore Wharf project was contracted by RPM Services Limited and saw the installation of Marley 160mm and 110mm PVC Soil, PVC-U and Polypropylene Waste pipes. Marley’s technical advisors are also heavily involved on site to advise on flow rates, installation detail, schematics and material take-offs.
Work on the unique oval shaped building which is twisted in appearance, began in April 2015. The build will include luxury apartments, a gym and swimming pool, as well as boxing area, basketball court and climbing apparatus.
Marley’s innovative push-fit and solvent weld system solution has enabled a speedy installation on site, whilst the system was more cost efficient than those that were originally specified; a significant benefit to the contractors.
Tony Iuliano, Sub-Contractor of the project at RPM Services Limited said: “Marley undertook a value engineering exercise to specify UPVC, which suits us as is it a brilliant product to work with due to how easy it is to install.
“We have used Marley products previously; the products are easy to use and have a good range of fittings. Marley has been integral on this project as they have undertaken regular site visits and inspections of installation its technical abilities stand them apart from other suppliers. Overall it’s been a brilliant project to work on.”
