Concrete Lintels

An unrivalled Concrete Lintels range which includes Fire, L-Strip, Fair-Faced, Faced-Fire, Xtrafire, Steel L-Strip and padstone products as well as Economy Range and our Hi-Spec range.

Economy Range

Our best-selling range. Economy lintels are cost effective and fully reversible. Ideal for standard housing or small load situations. Available up to 3m in length.

Hi-Spec Range

One of the most specified lintels in the UK. Hi-Spec lintels are designed for high performance while remaining cost-effective.

Fair Faced Range

Designed to the same spec as our Hi-Spec Range, our Fair Faced lintels have a smooth, consistent colour finish. For use in exposed or painted situations, our Fair Faced finish ensures all corners, arises and faces on the lintel are perfect.

Fire-Spec Range

Designed to the same spec as our Hi-Spec range, our Fire-Spec lintels are available in three different fire ratings – 60, 90, and 120 minutes.

Fair Faced Fire Range

Designed to the same spec as our Fire-Spec range, our Faced Fire-Spec lintels are available in three different fire ratings – 60, 90, and 120 minutes. With the addition of our Fair Faced finish that ensures all corners, arises and faces on the lintel are perfect.

XtraFire™ Range

Our most advanced range. XtraFire™ lintels are single cast lintels, cast in an ex-steel mould, providing pencil round edges with minimal air holes. Smoother than our standard lintels, but not as smooth as our Fair Faced lintels. Available in fire ratings of 60, 90, 120, 180, and 240 minutes.

Padstones

Strong, dense concrete C50 padstones, suitable for use in high and low strength situations that complement our prestressed lintel range. Designed to distribute a point load evenly into a structure.

Steel Range (L-Strip)

Our range of Steel L-Shaped angle lintels are suitable for brick and stone to carry the external leaf. Manufactured from 3mm thick steel, available in galvanised and stainless steel finishes.

 

Naylor Precast Solutions

A range of durable, high-quality panel, retaining wall units, tanks and bollards for use in industrial, agricultural, commercial and domestic applications.

Verti-Block

Exclusively available from Naylor Concrete in the UK, Verti-Block is the ultimate solution for retaining walls, garden terraces, and erosion control applications. Its hollow design allows for lower material and transportation costs, and less labour intensive than traditional small, hand-laid blocks.

Groundwall

Heavy duty precast concrete wall units. Naylor Groundwall precast concrete wall units are designed to withstand high loads generated by heavy plant and vehicles.  Available in heights of up to 5 metres, Groundwall units are suitable for use in above or below ground applications.

Rockwall

Precast concrete walls for retaining and bulk storage containment applications. Naylor Precast Rockwall walls can be positioned in long lengths or, by utilising corner sections, from storage bunkers or skip bays to create a modern transfer station. They can also act as a retaining structure in general applications such as ground walling, perimeter boundaries and enable changes in levels where constraints such as access and time are paramount.

Sealwall

Naylor Sealwall Liquid Holding Tanks are a robust, precast concrete solution for storing liquids. Cast in segmental units up to a storage height of 4m, the tanks can be positioned in various arrangements. Created following years of research and development, Sealwall Liquid Holding Tanks have a jointing system that ensures a watertight and secure connection between adjacent panels, and a fast build time.

Concrete Bollards

Concrete bollards provide the most cost-effective solution for security, property and perimeter protection, and the prevention of vandalism.  The solid concrete reinforced construction of our bollards means they are easy to install and generally free from maintenance saving you time and money.
