Conversion services: The conversions of the adhesive tapes & flexible materials on offer from Lynvale take place at our purpose built converting plant in Suffolk, UK. The plant is equipped with some of the world’s most advanced adhesive tape converting machinery, operated by highly skilled individuals. Adhesive Tapes & Films

• Airtight Tape - Our Premium Airtight Tape features a very high performance adhesive system which provides a superior bond with excellent tack values.

• Anti-Slip Tape - Our anti slip tapes are easy to apply and offer instant protection to walkways, stairs, access routes, ladders, workshops & retail floor space.

• Antimicrobial Film - Antimicrobial film provides an additional layer of protection and complements existing hygiene practices. It can be applied and easily removed from glass, metal and other composite surfaces without leaving any adhesive residue.

• Banner Hemming Tape - LYNBHT 1000 banner hemming tape is an exceptionally strong double sided tape suited to both internal and external banners.

• CHR Tape - High Performance, Low Friction Tape. PTFE Adhesive and Non-Adhesive Tapes and Films Supplied in Rolls, Sheets or Gaskets.

• Overbanding Tape - Overbanding Tape is a polymer modified bitumen strip. It is used for sealing over cracks or failed reinstatement joints.

• Double Sided Foam Tape - Double sided foam tapes are engineered to provide durable, long-lasting security in a variety of applications.

• Expanding Foam Tape - EXP 6 is a BBA Approved sealing foam tape which provides a permanently elastic weather seal to protect against wind driven rain to 600 Pa. It is pre-compressed and impregnated with a fire resistant polymeric dispersion and is specially designed for joints in buildings up to 100 m high, in accordance with DIN 18055.

• Glazing Tape - Our extensive range of glazing foam tapes provide solutions throughout the glazing process from weather tight tapes to fire resistant tapes, single sided or double sided. Our glazing tapes can be used in a vast variety of different applications.

• Intumescent Foam Tape - This sealing foam tape is expandable and fire resistant, blocking smoke, air and water. In its natural state it is soft, conformable, and easy to attach to complex surfaces.

• ISO Bloco One - The multi-functional joint sealing tape with outstanding three-level functionality is 100 % air tight and vapour-resistant on the inside, provides thermal and sound insulation in the centre and more than 1,000 Pa resistance to driving rain on the outside.

• ISO Flame Kombi F120 - ISO-FLAME KOMBI F 120 is a PUR sealing tape equipped with a special flame-retardant impregnation which withstands fire and smoke for at least 30 to 120 minutes in the event of a fire.

• Mirror Mounting Tape -White, double sided PE Foam Tape with exceptional tack, high shear and excellent load bearing properties.

• Neoprene Foam Tape – A versatile and commonly used rubber coated foam tape ideal for uses in many construction applications. It offers excellent thermal resistance and conforms to UL94 standards making it one of the top rated flame retardant materials.

• Norton Thermalbond V2100 - is the most commonly used structural glazing spacer tape in two and four sided structural glazing. It performs a load bearing function while the structural silicone sealant cures.

• Sealing Foam Tape - WRAS Approved LPE33 - WTST1 Sealing Foam Tape for Water, Air and Dust Sealing. Pressure Sensitive, Self-Adhesive PE Foam.
