Planning a new housing development is complex and challenging.
That’s why Brickfab offers full design support, with CAD drawings available for each product (in 2D or 3D) and a partnering approach with housebuilders that ensures their schemes are executed in a manner that closely matches the masterplan.
Quick to acquire, simple to install and cost-effective – our prefabricated brick or stone clad chimney solutions are designed to meet the visual and structural requirements of your housebuilding project, no matter the scale. Available in brick, stone or ready for rendering on-site, we deliver our prefabricated chimneys ready for pointing with lifting eyes pre-installed.
We manufacture using bricks collected from site, guaranteeing a perfect match with the rest of the build. We prefabricate our chimneys in factory conditions to the highest standards of quality control, and Live Class 1 and 2 chimneys are available.
To add decorative flourish, our range of off-site manufactured arches are the perfect fit for your build. We supply brick-faced arches with full soffit cladding options too. Our customer focus means we supply products in the way that suits your project, collecting bricks from site to ensure a perfect colour match. If you don’t see the arch you’re looking for, just give us a call.
All brick arches supplied by Brickfab are prefabricated off site to ensure quality standards and are available to order with a variety of height, pattern, soffit, backing and infill options.
Cut and bond brick and block products are a mainstay of the housebuilding industry, helping structures to go up quickly, efficiently and with the best possible finish.
Our brick special manufacturing is carried out in factory conditions to the highest standards of quality control; our British Standard brick specials are produced by the ‘cut and bond’ method and conform to BS4729. We also provide a complete range of angles, pistols, slips and bats, all prefabricated to your requirements.
Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) is a matrix of woven glass fibre sheets layered and set within resin; it has an excellent strength to weight ratio, and can be moulded into almost any shape and size with highly detailed textures, finishes and unlimited colours.
These lightweight prefabricated solutions require little to no reinforcement in situ, and are manufactured at our in-house facilities to the highest standards using a unique process that gives us the fastest supplier times in the market.
As a lightweight alternative to brick or block construction, our Bricklite panels offer a quick and easy cladding solution. The wall panels are made to in-fill places on a building’s exterior or interior that cannot be brick or stone built due to the shape, details of the house build or structural concerns. They replicate perfectly the appearance of full brick or stone wall cladding, with less weight and less hassle.
Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) is a matrix of woven glass fibre sheets layered and set within resin. For housebuilding projects where there is no scope for brick, block or structural canopies, our GRP porch canopy solutions can be the perfect solution.
Lightweight and easy to install, our non-structural canopies make the perfect finishing touch to an outer doorway, and are available in a number of different sizes and specifications.

A Welcome Return to Brickfab
We are delighted to announce that a former employee has rejoined Brickfab.
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Mark Cox will be utilising his extensive knowledge of both the client and supplier sides of the sector to assist the accelerated growth of the business by maintaining and developing relationships with housebuilders and working with the sales and technical teams based in Brickfab’s Pontypool and Stoke on Trent factories.
Brickfab specialise in the design and manufacture of prefabricated brick products including chimneys, canopies, and arches. Before lockdown, the company had experienced a high growth period with orders from national and local housebuilders.
Investment in New Product Ranges and Streamlining Manufacturing Process
When many of the building sites were shut down or restrictions were put in place, the company invested their efforts in developing new product ranges and methods of working to streamline their manufacturing processes. Their new work smart approach has resulted in a significant increase in the number of orders received since building sites reopened and in his new role, Mark Cox will be providing technical support to clients to design, adapt and liaise with other departments in the company to meet this demand.
Nigel Watkins, Brickfab managing director said, “As a company we have been operating for over 20 years and demand for our products is at an all time high. The housebuilding industry has changed with more clients requiring ‘off-site’ manufacturing and pre-fabrication with product being delivered to site when required, rather than being stored there taking up valuable space and storage in secure compounds. Mark is highly respected in our industry, and we are very pleased to welcome him back to the Brickfab family. He has quickly adapted to our new processes, and this combined with his extensive knowledge will be invaluable to us.”
Commenting on returning to Brickfab, Mark Cox said, “I thoroughly enjoyed previously working for the company and left to pursue a new role working on the client side. We kept in touch both professionally and personally throughout the seven years I was gone, and when I was made aware of this new role, I knew it was the right time to return and have been very impressed with not only how the company has grown and developed but also the ambitious plans that are already being implemented.”
