T-PREN METAL GUTTER EXPANSION JOINTS
T-Pren was developed over 25 years ago in Europe to overcome expansion problems in metal gutters. T-Pren was developed to provide a waterproof expansion joint, which reduces the number of outlets and eliminates the need for steps. Lead TPren Plus was developed to overcome objections to the appearance of the black neoprene.
Suitable for gutters of all shapes, widths and falls. Although expansion is more of a problem in internal gutter linings, T-Pren is also used in external gutters and structural self-supporting assemblies. Different versions are available for each metal - aluminium, copper, lead, stainless, terne coated stainless and zinc.
T-Pren is produced to ISO 9002 quality standards and all materials are produced to the relevant European standards. It is available from stock in 6m rolls of aluminium, copper, stainless steel, zinc and 3m rolls for lead.
TEGOLA ASPHALT SHINGLES
Tegola tiles are produced to ISO 9001 by Europe’s largest manufacturer of asphalt shingles. They have also been awarded ISO 14001 certification, proving that the production is consistent with environmental protection and that the product does not damage the environment.
Tegola shingle roof tiles are lightweight and are suitable for roofing and wall cladding. From very low pitched roofing to vertical, their flexibility makes them suited to curves and complex roof shapes. Tegola tiles are produced to standards higher than the British and European standard BS EN 544 with Standard, Traditional, Mosaik, Master and Prestige meeting Class 1 and available in wide range of colours, shapes and sizes.
PRESTIGE COPPER ROOF TILES
Prestige copper roof tiles are durable and solid, but also flexible, for this reason it is the ideal product for the realisation of classic and modern roofs. Prestige tiles are produced to ISO 9001 by Europes largest manufacturer of copper shingles. They too have been awarded ISO 14001 certification.
Prestige tiles are lightweight and are suitable for roofing and wall cladding, ideal on low pitched roofs and also vertical hanging. As Prestige tiles are flexible it makes them suitable to curves and complex roof shapes. Prestige tiles are recyclable and produced to standards higher than the British and European standard BS EN 544 Class 1. Available
Prestige copper roof tiles are available in both natural copper which will slowly turn to the classic terne green colour over time or also available pre-patinated.

T-PREN ON HONG KONG - ZHUHAI BRIDGE
1800 metres of T-Pren gutter expansion joints have been supplied for the port terminal buildings on the Hong Kong – Zhuhai bridge.
Recently opened by Chinese president Xi Jinping the bridge is the world’s longest sea crossing bridge.
The large ‘wave form’ roofs of the terminal buildings produced a challenging expansion problem, which was solved using the welded T-Pren expansion joint. This allowed freedom of movement but produced a waterproof joint.
T-Pren is a composite material with a centre section of neoprene to provide the expansion and contraction bonded to aluminium on either side, which is then welded onto sections of the metal gutter. The bonding is done under strictly controlled factory conditions in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Prestige Case Study - Imola
Objective: A dramatic feature for the Imola development, to give it status and drama.
The Prestige tile was chosen because the copper added beauty and prestige to the project and provides continuing interest as it weathers to the eventual beautiful green patina.
Normally installed with a copper clip covering the butt joint between the tiles, the architect wanted to produce a ribbed effect and so extra copper clips were used to produce the continuous ribs. These provided a strong visual vertical to offset the normal horizontal of the tile courses. However the architect in this case wanted the tiles installed on the diagonal to provide a vertical movement.
The dramatic feature of this retail development is this 65m high curved wall clad in the copper tile.
Full working drawings with ventilated facade detailing were provided to assist the architect and contractor in realising the architects vision.
