PICS Ltd acquires Hatcrete division of Roy Hatfield Ltd

PICS Ltd of Newbury has purchased the "Hatcrete" Colour Technology Division of Roy Hatfield Ltd of Rotherham, in a move which unites the two largest brands of decorative concrete materials in the UK.
The enlarged decorative concrete business of PICS now offers a wider range of colouring options for the ready mixed concrete, concrete precast and pattern imprinted industry worldwide from the UK. All Hatcrete products will continue to be marketed and manufactured in the UK to the original specification.
