List of featured suppliers of SHUTTERING Release Agents on Building Products Index
Shuttering refers to a temporary structure or formwork that is created on construction sites to hold in place freshly poured concrete until it sets. This often involves the use of wooden or metal planks, or prefabricated panels, that are assembled and braced to maintain the shape of the concrete. Release agents, on the other hand, are substances applied to the surface of the shuttering to prevent the concrete from sticking to it, allowing for easy removal once the concrete has set. These agents can be in the form of oils, waxes, or chemical sprays.
