An air handling unit, outdoor installation is a system designed to regulate and circulate air for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning purposes. This unit includes a fan, filter, cooling and heating coils, and sometimes humidifiers and dehumidifiers. It is installed outside of a building and draws in fresh air from the outside, which is then conditioned to meet specific indoor air quality standards. The conditioned air is then distributed throughout the building via a network of ductwork and vents.
