The Advantages of Specifying Celuform PVCU & PV-UE Products
Low Maintenance:
PVC is a low maintenance, weather resistant and durable building material. It is not damaged by damp, rot, attack from vermin, or insects. It is not affected by corrosion or pollution. Unlike timber, it has neither toxic preservatives, treatments and coatings, nor is further repair necessary. All that is required to retain its attractive appearance is water and soap, or for stubborn stains, a proprietary PVC cleaning fluid.
Ease of use:
The cellular structure of PVC-UE means it can be installed using conventional timber tools and techniques. Power tools can also be used. Celuform supply a comprehensive range of accessories including colour matched trims, joints and fixings which create a homogeneous appearance.
There is a 20-year product guarantee against defects, fading and changes in all white products. Celuform also offers a 10 year guarantee on their Premium Whitegrain, Creamgrain and Irish Oak colours and 10 years on all woodgrain finishes including Ebony, Mahogany, Piedmont and Golden Oak. Celuform offers a complete system which allows all Building Regulations and good construction practice requirements to be met from one Quality Assured Supplier.
Appearance:
Exceeding the minimum requirements in BS 7619:1993, Celuform PVC-UE does not suffer from batch variation, nor will it weather unevenly like many alternative building materials. It will not degrade like timber, or stain like cement based products. CELUFORM PVC-UE does not contain CFCs, lead, barium or cadmium and only uses environmentally sound base stabilisers.
Peace of Mind:
All products are manufactured within an ISO9001 quality management system and within an environmental management system which satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001:2004
