Eurobrick specialise in brick and stone slip cladding systems and was the first to introduce a comprehensively designed system to the UK in 1990. Since then, Eurobrick has continued to develop new systems to meet the changing demands of the market and is the UK’s leading specialist for brick and stone slip cladding, including external wall insulation (EWI) and the largest stockist of brick slips. All our systems are BBA Certified. We are also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 accredited.
Eurobrick’s brick slip faced cladding provides the real look, feel and durability of traditional masonry with the benefit of being extremely versatile and quick to install. The cladding has a broad range of applications, including new build, modular and refurbishment of commercial and domestic buildings. It can be installed both internally and externally to all construction types.
Brick slip faced external wall insulation (EWI) system. The extruded, closed cell polystyrene backer panel is available in different thicknesses and will significantly increase the energy efficiency of a building and reduce heating bills. Project specific U-Value calculations are available upon request. X-Clad is ideal for retrofitting to existing buildings where additional insulation is required. X-Clad is Energy Saving Trust Listed.
Developed for interior applications, there is a backer panel to suit all substrates. The slim line profile of I-Clad minimises the loss of valuable floor space.
Designed with new build projects in mind where there is no requirement for insulation. P-Clad is rigid, making it the ideal sheathing for a building. P-Clad has been certified for installation on some buildings over 18m high. Contact Eurobrick for details of tested construction designs.
V-Clad is a brick faced external wall insulation (EWI) system suitable for new build and retrofit projects, and can be used internally as well as externally.
HOW THE SYSTEMS WORK
Eurobrick systems are quick and simple to install. Each system has a specially developed backer panel, which is supplied (pre-laminated) with a vacuum formed polystyrene skin bonded to it. The skin has moulded horizontal tracks between which the brick or stone slips are glued. To complete the installation, Eurobrick’s Europoint pointing mortar is piped into the joints and tooled to achieve a traditional masonry finish.
For information regarding installation, please refer to the Installation Guide and view the Installation video or call Eurobrick’s Technical Department.
The cladding systems are supplied as a kit of parts comprising product backer panel, panel fasteners, adhesive, straight brick slips and Europoint mortar. Corner brick slips, base trim and expansion rod filler are available as extras.

This can help to make the building control process quicker and easier.

PROJECT: Cotton Exchange
LOCATION: Wilmer Place, London
CONTRACTOR: RDK Dry Lining Ltd
REQUIREMENTS: Renovation of dilapidated building
This project involved the sympathetic conversion of a redundant warehouse building into residential apartments. The conversion was carried out by developer Reichmann Properties.
Situated at end of Wilmer Place, the old warehouse building was unattractive and falling into disrepair. The redevelopment of the site transformed the existing building into thirty four 1/2 bed loft-style contemporary apartments. Now known as the Cotton Exchange, the building has been given a new lease of life.
We supplied a total 2400m² of our X-Clad system for the project, which was installed by RDK Dry Lining Limited to both the side and front elevations. This included around 1970m² of our 17mm insulated backer panels and 430m² of our 50mm insulated backer panels. As the panels are lightweight, easy to handle and cut to size they were mechanically fixed directly to the existing walls.
Three different colours of brick slips were used, including Ibstock Chelsea Old Funton, Ibstock Leicester weathered and Ibstock Bevern Dark Multi slips along with our Standard grey and Light Sandstone mortars, which helped to create the overall distinctive multi-coloured finish.
