One of the major logistical problems in this development was the transportation of all materials to the Basement in a single Car Lift. Pre-booking of vehicles was essential, both from an access point of view and also to ensure smooth continuous working in restricted areas. Parking systems were essential to the Developer, Ballymore, in order to maximise the selling potential of apartments in this prestigious development.
