Naylor is set to launch Naylor Power at this year’s Utility Week Live exhibition, taking place on 20 and 21 May 2025 at the NEC, Birmingham. This strategic initiative marks a new chapter in the company’s commitment to supporting the UK's growing energy and infrastructure sectors.
Naylor Power is a dedicated division formed to serve the evolving needs of the UK power, data, fibre and telecoms markets with a comprehensive product portfolio and specialist support. The team will be led by Product Sales Manager John Grindrod and Beth Whitford, Business Development Manager for Power Infrastructure. Together, they bring extensive industry knowledge and will be on-hand at the event to offer guidance, technical insights, and support to project stakeholders.
The launch of Naylor Power comes on the back of major investment in Naylor’s UK manufacturing capabilities. Over the past two years, the company has expanded its production facilities, relocated extrusion lines into a new manufacturing space at its Cawthorne site and brought additional capacity online. Today, Naylor operates two key manufacturing centres—Cawthorne and a second site in Scotland—equipped with 14 extrusion lines, injection moulding machines for couplings, and dedicated fabrication teams to meet increasing demand.
Naylor’s enhanced production capability supports a broad and expanding range of ducting solutions, including PVC Class 1 & Class 2 ducting; Twin Wall Ducting (Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3), and Smooth PE Class 3 Ducting for Data, Fibre Optic, and Telecoms.
These systems are designed for high strength, lightweight installation and long-term durability, making them ideal for demanding applications such as wind farms, solar farms, grid reinforcement projects, as well as urban infrastructure upgrades. Products are available in a variety of outer and inner diameters with standard 3m and 6m lengths, and coils available for selected sizes.
Naylor also offers a comprehensive range of accessories and ancillaries including bends, couplings, and access chambers. Complementing its product portfolio is a full suite of support services—technical drawings, project take-offs, specification assistance, and value engineering—provided by a dedicated in-house technical team.
All Naylor duct products meet or exceed national performance standards and are certified under schemes including BBA, HAPAS, Kitemark, and ENATS.
