All Aboard! Stepping Inside The W.Ave Arts Bus
As long time supporters of Bexhill-on-Sea based charity, W.Ave arts, it has been a real pleasure to see the transformation of a disused double decker bus into a community hub in their most recent ambitious project!
Brewers donated Albany Yacht Varnish, Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint, Rustoleum Plastic Primer, Bedec Multi Surface Paint, Rollers and Mirka Abranet to help repurpose the bus as a brand-new community space.
W.Ave Arts Bexhill is an independent non-profit organisation, working with and for the local community to make it a better place for the next generation. Back in 2023, W.Ave Arts opened The Compound, a place where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can come together to unleash their creativity, explore new art forms, and connect with a diverse community of like-minded individuals.
The double decker has now become a welcomed addition to The Compound, providing extra space for the local community to engage with.
The main focal point of the bus is the most incredible mural, designed and painted by local artist, Ajax. Brewers were thrilled to donate some Albany Paint to help create the mural.
