ION Glass - Versatile Structural Glass

January 2025

The launch of our new website highlights the sheer versatility of structural glass and the impressive scope and range of projects undertaken by our team – take a look!

We remain exceptionally proud of the glass balustrade around the Rotunda Staircase at Tate Britain, installed by Ion Glass and still looking just as impressive almost a decade later.

These curved screens at the Dimbleby Cancer Care ward started with a rough sketch. They are a testament to our design team as well as the installation guys who fitted them over a single weekend.

A beautiful and inviting indoor/outdoor infinity pool was part of a whole spa complex. Frameless structural glass and water in perfect harmony.

A soaring arch, infilled with a glass screen whilst retaining the original wooden rood screen, combined with a smaller screen with frameless double doors – a successful church re-ordering.

This L-shaped glass corridor created a link between the original farm buildings in this luxury Grade II listed barn-conversion. Use of double-glazing makes it an integral part of the new home.

This flawlessly curved, frameless balustrade encircling the wall memorial at Cranleigh School features the names of former pupils who lost their lives in war over the years.
