Flooding has become an increasing concern for property owners across the UK, with unpredictable weather in some cases causing flash floods in places that have never experienced them before. During Storm Bert, the River Avon in Melksham burst its banks, leaving the local area with 3-4 inches of floodwater entering their properties and homes.
Among the affected properties was a local business, The Tackle Company, whose owner faced the risk of significant stock becoming water-damaged and resulting in thousands of pounds in damages.
