Fernco adds Anti-Flood Air Brick Cover to Growing Flood Protection Range
Part of its growing arsenal of flood protection products, Fernco has announced the launch of its Anti-Flood Air Brick Cover.
Designed to offer quick and reliable flood protection for homes and properties, this new product prevents floodwater from entering through low-level air bricks, providing property owners with peace of mind during flood events.
Utilising a simple, push fit design, the Fernco Air Brick Cover creates a watertight seal around any standard 9 x 3-inch air brick, grill or grate. With no specialist tools or concrete required, the Air Brick Cover is DIY-friendly and can be installed by hand in seconds, safeguarding properties against rising floodwater.
The two-part design includes a terracotta-coloured frame, which is permanently fixed around the air brick, and the red cover, which is clipped securely onto the frame during heavy rainfall. Once the risk has passed, the cover can be unclipped and stored compactly, ready to be re-used in the future.
