Our XPS range involves the transformation of EPS waste into high-quality XPS insulation. The process starts by compacting the waste and transporting it to our factory in Tongeren, Belgium. There we rework the EPS material to become a basic raw material to produce XPS. To produce XPS a blowing agent is added to the polystyrene particles to create minuscule cells, ensuring the boards retain their thermal properties.
In addition to our sustainability commitment, our XPS products are designed for recyclability. This feature enables it to be reintegrated into the XPS production cycle at the end of its life, further demonstrating our dedication to sustainability and the circular economy.
