SE Controls Reinforces Commitment to Compliance, Tech & Growth with Key Appointments

SE Controls announce an exciting development in SE Controls’ evolution as we reinforce our commitment to delivering innovative solutions to our industry that raise the bar for compliance and safety. Our core belief that technology in our products and services can deliver on the requirements of the Golden Thread started over three years ago. We are now ready to initiate the next phase of this transformation by directly engaging with our clients on projects. To enable the company to focus on giving our customers this cutting edge technology, the company has restructured the board of directors to align itself with our customers’ requirements and the group’s future growth plans.

Martin Oates: Martin’s experience of SE Controls, the industry and the legislation that governs it is unparallelled and he will now be solely focused on working with key clients to understand and establish their requirements and then helping to develop appropriate solutions, harnessing the technology that SE Controls has developed.

Mark Soleil: Mark has over 20 year’s experience at SE Controls as Operations Director and will be focussed purely on all areas of compliance including Products, Testing, Data and Auditing. Mark has overseen numerous accreditations including ISO45001 as recently as last week and will ensure that compliance continues to be the cornerstone of SE Controls.

Simon Hall: Simon has worked for SE Controls for almost 10 years and moves to the executive board with responsibility for all UK Sales Activity.

Lee Webster: Lee Webster has worked for SE Controls for 20 years in various technical roles and he moves to the executive board with responsibility for all Product and Technical functions within the business.

Ryan Allmark: Ryan has worked with SE Controls for over 20 years as part of the Operations team and takes on board responsibility for Operations and Manufacturing.

Michael Baxter: Michael has worked for SE Controls for almost 10 years within Marketing and Digital roles and moves to the executive board now also with responsibility for Commercial Operations.

Retirements
Rob Gunningham: After 20 years with SE Controls, Rob has taken the decision to retire however will remain with the business as a consultant to offer his vast expertise to ensure a smooth transition.
