It's Awards Season for Brewers!

Brewers are thrilled to say that we have won the Best Support of Financial Wellbeing Award at the Make a Difference Awards for 2023!

We were one of 16 winners from 260 entries at the Awards. The award was to recognise the steps we have taken to support colleagues’ financial wellbeing. In 2022 we introduced Wagestream to the business, which enables colleagues to access their pay earlier in the month, receive independent financial advice and build a savings account. We have also introduced “Helping Hand” loans and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
The Make A Difference Awards, in association with the London Evening Standard and The Watercooler Event, are an opportunity for us to stop, think and thank the colleagues and employers who have really made a difference over the past year to workplace culture, mental health and wellbeing. Those who are leading the way and inspiring others to follow their example.

Launched in 2021, the Awards are an integral part of Make A Difference Media & Events’ mission to bring more and more employers to the employee mental health and wellbeing conversation. They also showcase the organisations that are setting a new benchmark for workplace cultures, where every individual can thrive.

We are also happy to say we are finalists in the 2023 Employee Benefits Awards for Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy. We understand that financial concerns can have an impact on a colleague’s overall health and wellbeing, so it is fantastic news to be recognised once more for the financial wellbeing tools we launched last year to support our colleagues.

The Employee Benefits Awards return for their 22nd year to celebrate the HR, reward and benefits community. The Awards is the place to recognise individuals, teams and organisations who are making a difference through their reward and benefits strategies. There are 22 awards up for grabs and we wish all the other finalists the best of luck!
