NEW Low Profile 1M Over Fascia Vent (OF2) Available Now
Following further product development, Timloc Building Products is pleased to present the new and improved OF2 1m Over Fascia Vent with a LOW profile of just 32mm.
The new OF2 has had a depth reduction of 19mm to minimises the tile uplift along the bottom row of tiles whilst providing ventilation equivalent to a continuous 25mm opening (25,000mm2).
OF2 is designed to ventilate pitched roofs of less than 15°, flat roofs or any roof where living accommodation is contained within the roof space.
The 1m Over Fascia Vent is available in boxed quantities of 20. Available here.
