Lignacite - Marylebone Lane Hotel Development
Lignacite is proud to have contributed to the construction of Marylebone Lane Hotel, a new luxury lifestyle hotel located at the crossroads between Marylebone Village and Mayfair in London.
Developed by Shiva Hotels and designed by EPR Architects, the project seeks to transform the former Welbeck Street car park site into a hotel comprising 197 high-quality guest bedrooms, ground-floor restaurants and bars, a rooftop destination (with infinity pool) and a new subterranean hospitality and events venue in the heart of Marylebone.
The hotel is one of a new collection created by Shiva. Two further sites are planned for development, including the 12-storey hotel at Morley House in the City of London, and the former Soho Works site on Great Marlborough Street and Poland Street.
The Marylebone Lane Hotel aims to open to customers in early 2023 and promises to be one of London’s most iconic hotels.
