Pentel shades iconic Manchester building
Manchester One is a new name for an 80m high office block which when constructed in 1962 was one of the tallest in the UK.
Although no longer a winner in the height stakes the extensive £2m refurbishment of this building has breathed new life into this iconic Manchester Building.
A new reception area with full height glazing required a sympathetic blind system to help control light and glare and Pentel were on hand with an ideal solution.
Pentel installed just 3nbr Astralux System 3000 heavy duty motorised roller blinds to cover over 50 square meters of glazing.
Fitted with a FR screen fabric these blinds were operated by radio controlled handsets.
