Kingspan introduces new and improved anti-splash tundish
As a part of a program of continuous product improvement, we have just introduced a totally new and improved tundish on all our unvented hot water cylinders...
...including the highly popular Albion Ultrasteel and Range Tribune models.
The improvements to the component make installation even more reliable, so the installer can be assured that even on the most rushed job the tundish won’t overspill. Due to its unique slotted design that is enclosed enough to prevent water spilling out of the tundish, yet open enough so the homeowner can still detect when the system discharges. As a result, the new tundish provides additional levels of safety and peace of mind for householders, knowing both their property and young children are protected as they won’t be able to put their fingers into the discharging water and get scalded.
The new anti-splash tundish is now supplied with both, standard cylinders where it comes as a part of the unvented accessory kit, as well as pre-plumbed units where it is factory fitted along with all other key components for ease and speed of installation. It is also available as a spare part, so that anyone can retrofit it into an existing installation and benefit from the improved design.
