REHAU welcomes new board members
There have been some exciting changes at REHAU as the Supervisory Board of the global REHAU Group recently announced William Christensen was to be appointed as the new CEO of REHAU.
The role, which oversees the running of the whole REHAU Group, is critical to the ongoing success of the business on a global level.
William takes on the position from Rainer Schulz, who has been heading up the REHAU Group since 2010. Previously William was Chief Marketing Officer since joining REHAU in April 2016.
The 45-year-old completed his studies in the USA and, prior to joining REHAU, among others served on the Group Executive Board of Geberit, where he was responsible for International Sales.
Jobst Wagner, President of the REHAU Supervisory Board, said: “We are very pleased that William Christensen, with his international management experience, is taking the helm.”
A new CFO has also been welcomed at the REHAU Group. Kurt Plattner will be taking over the responsibilities of Dieter Gleisberg. Kurt has been with REHAU for 25 years and was recently Head of Treasury, Controlling & Finance at REHAU’s head office in Muri, Switzerland.
