Soil systems

Marley offer a wide range of soil systems, from PVCu push-fit and solvent weld systems for domestic drainage to HDPE and Acoustic for commercial applications.

HDPE drainage

The Marley Akatherm HDPE drainage range is certified to BS EN 1519: 2000 (licence number KM 545820) . An extension of the Marley soil & waste portfolio, the HDPE range offers an alternative solution to cast iron. It is particularly suited for commercial applications or where a product with high impact or abrasion resistance is required, such as hospitals, hotels, schools, as well as residential buildings.

Acoustic drainage

The Marley dBlue acoustic system is a triple-layer drainage system designed for use where improved levels of soundproofing are required. Suitable for use in domestic applications as well as hospitals and hotels, where reduced noise levels are preferred.

Waste Pipe Fittings and Waste Systems

Marley offer a wide range of waste pipe fittings and waste systems, from PVCu push-fit and solvent weld systems for domestic drainage to HDPE and Acoustic for commercial applications.

Underground Drainage Systems

The Marley Plumbing & Drainage range of underground drainage offers solutions for every type of project:

• Solid wall pipe and fittings, predominately used for private drainage but suitable for public and private sewers.
• Quantum Sewer structured wall pipe, suitable for private drains and public sewers at depths up to 10m and foul and surface water applications.
• Quantum Highway structured wall pipe, suitable for highway surface water carrier and filter drains and private surface water applications.
• Large diameter Quantum highway is manufactured from HDPE, pipes are also available in either fully slotted and half slotted options.

Sustainable drainage

The range of Marley sustainable drainage systems includes the Waterloc250 modular geocellular unit and the Flowloc control device.

• Waterloc250 is ideal for use in either an underground infiltration or attenuation system. 96% of the cell volume is available to store water, minimising the extent of excavation required for the installation.
• Flowloc is a vortex flow control device.  Used as part of an attenuation scheme, Flowloc controls the rate at which water is discharged to a surface water drain or water course.
