This new comprehensive smart home solution from Decayeux comprises a resident and property manager APP in which neighbours can interact and discover the latest news in their area, a digital notice board, and our popular electronic parcel lockers MySmartBox. All these services and innovations are synchronised and controlled by Property Managers via our user friendly BackOffice. Also included is MyRingBell, a QR activated device which allows for remote access to the building. Letterboxes can also be equiped with MyTag, and energy efficient nameplate. Mailboxes & Parcel Boxes

The majority of our mailboxes comply to BS EN13724 and are therefore suitable to retrieve letters as described by Royal Mail standards. Our postboxes also comply to Secured By Design requirements. We also offer an installation service everywhere in the UK by CSCS accredited installers.

MySmartBox: parcel boxes unit

Embracing technology, we also offer a range of state of the art Smart Click & collect lockers unit solution for residential buildings, public workspace or workplace.

Fire Rated Mailboxes

We supply a wide range of domestic and commercial mailboxes to comply with BS476 Part 22 1987 Clause 8 for a period of 60 minutes. These post boxes comply with the New Homes Guide Section 21 & 24 by Secured By Design and can be adjusted to also comply with the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) and Fire regulations. A wide choice of colours, stands and surrounds are available.

Secured by Design Mailboxes

Security is a key concern in today’s world and mailed items are one of the most sensitive. In order to respond to these needs, the DAD Group has developed a range of mailboxes that specifically meets security requirements

Through the Wall Mailboxes

The post boxes in this range are designed to be built into masonry cavity walls. They can either be installed as single units or grouped together in multi-tenanted buildings requiring a collective delivery point.

Freestanding Mailboxes

In situations where there is not enough wall space, the wall cavity is not very deep or the mailboxes are simply required to stand alone, the DAD freestanding post box range provides a number of well-designed solutions to meet these requirements.

Wall Application Post Boxes

In most cases of front delivery and front retrieval, the mailboxes are mounted onto or flush into the wall. These mailboxes can be positioned either outside against a wall or on an internal wall in a lobby area.

Project description

Bringing a whole new view to Bromley, Perigon Heights is a brand new development of luxury apartments to rent. One of Bromley’s tallest buildings and just moments from Bromley South Station, this exciting new 17-storey rental opportunity comprises a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, plus a stunning three bedroom penthouse apartment.

For this project, we were asked to provide electronic lockers and mailboxes within one unit that would be personalised and a focus point in the lobby. The branding was also very important element for the client.
