FSE Foundry has many years experience in ferrous and non-ferrous castings and have worked alongside a number of different industries and sectors in the UK and abroad.

We can meet your quality, quantity and budget needs, whether it be a one-off, through to multiple castings of varied sizes and weights. The range of metals available for casting is extensive, ranging from cast iron to aluminium and copper based alloys. We have a wealth of experience of casting processes and will always find the most suitable and cost effective method to meet your individual needs and requirements.

We can provide you with a complete service, from pattern design and production, to metallurgy, quality control, castings and finishing, all under one roof. We can take almost any type of pattern; wood, metal or resin of any desired shape from a simple tube to a complex and intricate manifold and everything in between and can produce castings up to 300kg in non-ferrous metals, 300kg in aluminium and 600kg in ferrous metals. We have the equipment and personnel to go beyond the casting process and also be involved in further processes such as sand blasting, fettling, polishing and coating. Further CNC machining can be arranged and carried out by well established sub-contractors.
