Brewers Decorator Centres are thrilled to announce that we have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work!
The official The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL has been published online today by The Sunday Times in partnership with the leading employee experience platform, WorkL, showcasing the Best Places to Work in the UK.
The awards use 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties to most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.
To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework:
Reward and Recognition
Instilling Pride
Information Sharing
Empowerment
Wellbeing
Job Satisfaction
This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers - which number over 500 organisations across industries and scale whilst also highlighting the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, as well as those that provide the best wellbeing support.
Brewers Decorator Centres have been named in The Sunday Times Best Place to Work with a special Spotlight accolade for the category of Best Place to Work for Over 55s. People Director, Jane Clifford said:
“Our Company vision is to play our part in making the world a brighter place, which extends to ensuring our colleagues feel supported and included in the workplace. Since the title has been received based on colleague feedback, it makes this a very valuable recognition which we are proud to share with all colleagues.”
