Verdigris finish copper guttering for Grade II listed Manor House

When it comes to working on a Grade II listed building choosing the right material for the guttering is as essential as putting a suitable frame on an old masters painting, cheap plastic just will not do. Even then when our customer chose 100% copper for his gutters and downpipes he thought this would look too bright and garish on the beautiful manor house and so elected to use our Verdigris solution to speed up the natural aging process and turn the new copper guttering a beautiful natural blue/green colour within a matter of hours rather than waiting the usual 20 years or so.

The gutter will now last in excess of 100 years being extremely durable and resistant to corrosion in any atmosphere. Copper does not require any surface decoration or cleaning and minimal maintenance, making it particularly suited for areas that are difficult or dangerous to access after completion and one less job for a home owner to worry about.
