Warmer Winter On Waterloo Thanks To Tower Block Work
Residents in two Romford tower blocks will now enjoy warmer and greener homes in the future thanks to a home improvement scheme utilising energy efficient coating systems.
William Pike House and Thomas England House, in Waterloo Gardens, date back to the 1960's and have recently been redecorated with the Nu-Guard NRG Clear and Nu-Guard NRG Colour Systems. Nu-Guard NRG Clear has been applied to all the external brickwork and concrete panels. Nu-Guard NRG Colour has been applied to all of the painted concrete ring beams and panels.
The residents will benefit from warmer homes and the improvements will mean savings in energy bills for many years to come.
