A Grade II listed farm complex was converted to provide a luxurious and contemporary home. The buildings were linked by a bespoke double-glazed corridor designed and installed by Ion Glass to be an integral part of the house.

A modern family garden room was linked to the original Grade II listed rectory with a frameless glass structure that is both a link and an entrance porch for the back door. Without the need for footings the structure has minimal physical impact and meets all heritage and
