The passageway between the house and the garage on this modern property was previously a draughty wind tunnel. Enclosing it with a glass linkway has created a weatherproof space without the need for footings.
A bespoke glass linkway using brushed stainless steel channels links the original building to a new extension in the same style, including a frameless glass door for easy access from the garden.
A traditional converted oast house is linked to a modern extension with a frameless double-glazed linkway, installed as an integral part of the building the glass link meets all heat loss requirements.
