Heritage Applications:
SureSet permeable resin bound paving is ideal for heritage locations, especially those where tarmac, concrete or block paving would not be aesthetically pleasing.

SUDS Applications:
Since the regulations regarding SUDS were introduced in 2008, the importance of using permeable surfaces has become increasingly important.
SureSet is a fully permeable paving solution that allows water to permeate through the surface, this helps to prevent standing water and largely eliminates surface water runoff when laid on an appropriately designed permeable base. SureSet is ideal for use in SUDS applications.
SureSet Edgings:
As with most paved surfaces, it is advisable to install SureSet paving up to an external edge restraint such as brick paviours, concrete kerbing or treated wood.
For internal edges the two most popular ways to create a divide are by usingg a metal edge or by creating a butt joint. The metal edging is available as a curved or rigid edge and will create a crisp fresh look. It is ideal for use in projects where designs include more than one colour. An alternative is to use a butt joint, where the different colours are simply butted up against each other. This still produces a great finish and is used in projects where very intricate designs need to be created.
SureSet Tree Pits:
Using SureSet permeable resin bound paving for tree pits and trenches ensures a healthy tree and easy maintenance. When using tree grilles, rubbish can collect in the grilles and can be difficult to clean, making the surrounding area look unsightly.
By using SureSet for a tree pit application, it allows air and water to permeate freely to the root system by maximising the voids between aggregate particles. The smooth finish of the SureSet surface leaves no-where for rubbish to collect, reducing the need for a cleaning regime.
