Industrial Fire Resisting Shutters & Doors.
Bolton Gate offers probably the most comprehensive range of modern fire resisting industrial shutters and doors available on the market today. Fireroll E240 tested to BS476 Part 22 1987 and the latest EN 1634-1 with LPCB approval and certification for up to four hours’ fire protection, suitable for various installations including department stores, shopping centers, warehouses, factories and car parks.

Fireroll VR60, a revolutionary product designed to provide 60/60 minutes fire protection and our Fireroll industrial roller shutter E30/60 has been extensively tested to both BS 476 Part 22 1987 and BS EN 1634-1 for 30 and 60 minutes fire resistance. Bolton Gate hinged steel doors and folding steel fire doors have been successfully tested to BS476 Part 22 and EN 1634-1 for up to four hours fire resistance.

Eurofold fire-resisting folding shutter and Contour 2000 lateral shutters have been tested extensively in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 1987 and BS EN 1634-1 for up to four hours fire resistance. The Contour 2000 is purpose designed to negotiate bends, curves, ovals and circles.

Industrial Roller Shutters & Roller Grilles.
Bolton Gate Roller Shutters have been supplied on many prestigious projects worldwide for over 60 years and come with the technical design and back up for which the Company is renowned. Shutters can be supplied as standard up to 7000mm wide. Larger widths up to 12 metres are available. Punched or perforated Lath Roller Shutters are an ideal method of securing openings such as shopfronts, servery counters, reception desks and bars whilst maintaining through vision.

Bolton Gates stainless steel and Steel Rolling Grilles are designed for openings where a high degree of security is required whilst maintaining the see through visibility. They can be used on openings for shopping malls and underground car parks where they also provides optimum ventilation.

Bolton Gate Insulated Shutters and industrial doors are available as bi folding, rolling or folding and provide a secure and weatherproof closure to large or small openings. They are suitable for loading bays, factories, warehouses and any commercial applications where security is required together with thermal insulation.

Smoke Curtains.
Bolton Gate’s smoke curtains have been successfully tested and meet the requirements of BS 7346 Part 3, BS 476 Part 20 and BS EN 12101-1 and are supplied with a gravity fail safe system ensuring closure in the event of power failure. The Fibreroll Rolling Fire Curtain has been successfully tested to BS 476 Part 22 for two hours fire resistance and assessed for oversize constructions.

Folding and Collapsible Lift Gates.
Bolton Gate have been manufacturing folding and Collapsible lift gates for over seventy years and have supplied thousands of gates on goods lifts worldwide.

Industrial Acoustic Doors.
The Sonafold insulated folding door is ideally suited to the closure of internal or external openings where a noise reduction is required.
