Recticels Product Range covers the following Applications:

Flat Roof Insulation Boards.
Recticel manufacture and supply a range of flat roof insulation boards. Each specifically designed for a range of flat roof insulation applications. Our range includes Eurothane Bi-3, Powerdeck F, Eurodeck, Powerdeck B, Plylok, Eurothane Eurodeck and Eurothane Silver. We manufacture insulation boards suitable for use on timber, metal and concrete flat roof decks, under a wide range of waterproofing systems including torch on roofing membranes. Foer example Recticel Eurothane Bi-3 is a Polyurethane Rigid Foam or PUR insulation board that is covered on both sides with bituminous-treated glass fibre specially developed for flat roofing.

Pitched Roof Insulation.
Powerboard GP, a Class O fire rated insulation board and Eurothane GP polyisocyanurate PIR insulation boards are used to reduce the thermal transmittance of pitched roofs. Eurothane GP is used in both warm and cold pitched roofs applications. By specifying Eurothane GP it is possible to meet the Building Regulation of 0.2 U-value requirement with a single layer of 150mm of Eurothane GP, or with two layers of 90mm in between rafters and 30mm under the rafter, based upon 50mm wide at 450mm rafter centre.

Floor Insulation Boards.
Recticel Eurothane GP and Powerboard GP are suitable for use in ground and intermediate floors to reduce the thermal transmittance of the floor. It may be used within ground supported concrete slabs, suspended slabs(both precast and beam & block)and timber floors.

Cavity Wall Insulation Boards.
Recticel Powerboard GP and Eurothane GP PIR insulation boards are used to reduce the thermal transmittance of external masonry cavity walls. Eurowall Cavity is also for use in masonry partial fill cavity walls up to 25metres high with a minimum 25mm clear cavity. BBA approved - Certificate No. 02/3908. Eurothane GP and Powerboard GP are also ideal for both timber frame and metal frame buildings.

Internal Lining Insulated Plasterboards.
Recticel Eurothane PL is a PIR insulated plasterboard may be used to internally line solid masonry walls or loft conversions to improve their thermal performance. There are several methods of installing the boards. The Eurothane GP boards can also be use in between/over studwork, and/or as an insulated sheathing in timber frame buildings.

Environmental Awareness.
Recticel Insulation PIR products are CFC free and score an ’A’ Rating in the Green Guide. Eurothane insulation boards have a very high insulating capacity (very low -value) and this contributes to major energy savings.
