Mercian Industrial Doors provide a total service to specifiers and customers. Mercian manufacture, repair, service and install rolling shutters, collapsible gates, grilles and other industrial doors. Mercian provide a complete reactive emergency repair service and a comprehensive contract maintenance service. We supply made to measure industrial doors and shutters for new build and for replacing or up grading existing industrial doors. This means we are able to provide our clients with the product and overall service they expect.

Our industrial door ranges include uninsulated and insulated sectional folding doors for openings up to 50m wide x 6m high. SeceuroGuard 1001 collapsible gates for entrances and windows is an LPCB Insurance approved design and Police Preferred Specification, tested and approved to LPS1175 Security Rating Classification 1. Mercian supply a range of flexible rubber doors and PVC strip doors, ideal for preventing heat loss whilst maintaining easy access. For busy openings where a high flow of traffic is required and heat loss minimised Mercian supply the R3000 Rapid Roll Door and the Traffic Fold Up Hi Speed Door. Our glazed sectional overhead door is designed for applications where light, good visibility but security is required.

Manufacturer and Installer of Roller Shutters.
Our roller shutters are available for most applications including shop fronts where we can manufacture made to measure traditional steel or aluminium rolling shutters. For increased visibility and ventilation our clearline perforated shutter is ideal and for large openings of up to 6m & 400mm apertures Mercian’s Mastergrille will provide physical security whilst maintaining visibility of shop goods. Most Mercian shutters have the advantage that lintels and floor tracks are not necessary and the side guides can usually be concealed behind reveals.

Mercian also manufacture, install and service either chain or electric insulated roller shutters including a fast acting roller shutters. Mercian fire resistant roller shutters are fully tested to comply with BS476 part 22 with a fire resistance of up to 4 hours can be linked to fire panels and have a LPCB Certificate No. 355b/01 to LPS 1056.

Mercian push pull roller counter shutters and grilles offer an extremely cost effective security screen, totally unobtrusive when opened are available in mill finish, anodised and polyester powder coated aluminium; white grey or brown PVC, Grilles are also available in PVC.
