Curved Aluminium Profiles.
An accurately curved aluminium window section is not easy to form. A decade of Research and Development has allowed us to develop cost effective, practical means of producing curved aluminium profiles. And not simply semi-circles or quadrants. Baskets, handles, ellipses, parabolas - all manufactured to the same exacting standards. No expensive tooling is necessary, sections can be curved thermally broken, anodised and polyester-powder coated. Formed to individual specifications and available for low numbers as easily as large repeat orders.

Circular, Curved & Shaped Windows.
We also produce a range of shaped and circular window designs in a versatile glazing system. The popular FormAL range, which can achieve a minimum window diameter of 450mm (fixed light) and 550mm (pivot), is ideal for projects requiring greater design flexibility; FormAL range with a BS5368 weather rating, is purpose engineered for installation in more demanding environments. This system can be delivered fully glazed and in a variety of colours and/or anodised finishes, direct from Formes Alutek’s modern fabrication facility at Ellesmere Port. Manufactured to order and demonstrating exceptional performance, impressive durability and stylish appearance.

Aluminium Composite Curtain Walling, Windows & Doors.
Formes Alutek also provides a range of services to the construction industry by manufacturing and installing Aluminium & Aluminium/Timber curtain wall, windows and doors to the New Build and Refurbishment sectors of the market. Our fully CAD operated drawing office provides product and interface design support to architects.

Sliding Doors & Windows.
Formes supply a wide range of entrances for commercial or residential properties. From single or double action doors to manual or automatic doors. Formes Alutek also fabricate and supply sliding doors. Our range of sliding doors are available as straight run sliding, lift and slide or tilt & slide doors. We supply both vertical and horizontal sliding windows and our sliding products have high performance thermally insulated options.

Fire Rated Windows, Doors & Screens.
Formes also supply ranges of fire rated glazing. Our FireWall system has approved certification in fire resistance according to the following Field of Application Reports:

Report IFCA/00191 (revision A) EI
60 minute as issued by International Fire Consultants, the equivalent being BS:476.
