Unitised Curtain Walling & Unitised Windows.
Our unitised curtain walling and windows are available in a similar range of options as standard commercial windows, but with the advantages of being factory made for fast track installation which minimises disruption to occupied building and therefore they are ideal for refurbishment projects. Unitised windows and curtain walling also benefits from consistent quality of factory glazing and assembly.
Aluminium & Composite Curtain Walling.
Available as capped profiles, with the options of zone drained or mullion drained, single or double glazing and or infill panels. Our curtain walling is available in a range of mullion depths and a range of thermal break options. Capping can be in a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium or steel.
Commercial Windows.
DML supply bespoke commercial windows. We can utilise a wide range of profiles and systems to satisfy your requirements and specifications. We can fabricate aluminium, composite aluminium timber clad windows, stainless steel windows, bronze, fire and blast rated windows for commercial projects.
Structural Glazing.
DML supply and fit both glass mullion and bolted structural glazing systems that provide architects a frameless glass facade. Originating from glass patch fittings our bolted structural glazing system with stainless steel bolt connections are weathertight and stabilise the glazed contact stresses. Stainless steel bolted structural glazing have the advantage that larger and heavier insulated glass units for high wind load applications , even over 700kg, can now be achieved.
Glass mullion structural glazing systems allow the ultimate in transparency. Glazing panels are supported by glass fins or mullions that are used to transfer wind loading to the structure. The glazing is normally top hung to the buildings structure and the glass mullions don’t exert large in-plane loads on the glazing panels. By utilizing the latest laminated glass mullions architects can enhance structural durability of the structural glazing, a must when in seismic areas and also increase their designs creative options.
