Cavity Fire Barriers and Closers.
Aim manufacture a bespoke range of cavity fire barriers for cavity walls, rainscreen cladding, partition heads and raised access floors. We also manufacture cavity fire closers for door and window masonry cavities and bespoke Semi-rigid mineral wool polythene DPC Cavity Party Wall Fire Closers. For timber floors we supply one hour fire protection slabs for between joists and fire blocks for profiled cladding.

Insulated Soffit Boards, Plasterboard & Building Boards.
Aim supply and can manufacture insulated plasterboard with a choice of insulates including:
Lamella (LAM) Rock Wool insulated Plasterboard - incombustible and suitable for acoustic applications.
Extruded Polystyrene insulated plasterboard - high compressive strength and resistance to moisture.
Expanded Polystyrene insulated plasterboard - for value and light weight.
Polyurethane(PUR)insulated plasterboard - suitable for applications where space is at a premium.

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation.
Aim manufacture a diverse range of acoustic and thermal insulation for floors, roofs and metal cladding. Our acoustic and thermal infill’s are designed to fit into the troughs of perforated metal profiles used for roof decking and cladding. Our Overlay and Underlay acoustic and thermal insulation systems are used to produce a ‘Warm Roof’ type construction in both domestic and commercial buildings which have pitched roofs in excess of 15 degrees.

The AIM HD Thermal Break Strip is manufactured from high density rock wool strips and is used in Cladding and Roofing for anti cold bridging, fire and acoustic situations. We also manufacture angle fillets for flat roofing and Thermal, acoustic insulation slabs and strips for floors.
