ProdEX is a high pressure laminate board for external applications.

The unique feature of ProdEX is in its use of a natural wood veneer facing. ProdEX has all the warmth, character and grain structure of a real wood panel, but with none of the maintenance issues. The natural wood veneer facing is resin impregnated and then placed over the cellulose / unset resin core and overlaid with a PVDF acrylic film. The layers are then pressed together at high temperatures so that the resin impregnating the cellulose fuses the veneer and the core together.

Panels have a long life expectancy and do not require maintenance.

Prodema holds an ISO 14001 Environmental Certificate. All the wood used for ProdEX are sourced from sustainably managed forests and the product has PEFC certification. In the UK, ProdEX has Q-Mark product certification from BM TRADA (equivalent to BBA). Panels are produced in 8 colours / veneers. Standard panel size is 2440mm x 1220mm. Thickness varies from 3mm to 22mm.
