Fire Door Seals.
All Noberne intumescent seals are tested to BS 476 part 20:22 for fire only and BS 476 part 31:1 for smoke leakage, giving a comprehensive combined fire and smoke seal.
Acoustic Door Seals.
The majority of our products also have proven acoustic performance – tested in accordance with BS EN ISO140-3:1995 and meet the requirements of Approved Document E. Our range of acoustic sealing systems have proven sound reduction performance – tested in accordance with BS EN ISO140-3:1995 and meet the requirements of the Document.
Glazing Seals & Fire Rated Glazing Seals.
We stock 30 and 60 minute fire performance fire-resisting glazing seals systems that comply with BS476: Parts 20 and 22. Our ranges hold the glass firmly in place, but in the event of fire the intumescent material expands, securing and insulating the glass and protecting the surrounding frame. We also stock ranges that satisfy the requirements of Approved Document B and Approved Document M for glazed panels in doors and windows.
