Matthew Hebden has been supplying materials to the UK roofing trade for 16 years. Initially formed to promote the Tegola range of asphalt shingle roof tiles, we then added the Prestige Copper clad asphalt shingles range to our portfolio. We have also been supplying T-Pren gutter expansion joint for 14 years, with the lead version being developed 8 years ago.

TEGOLA ASPHALT SHINGLES
Tegola tiles are produced to ISO 9001 by Europe’s largest manufacturer of asphalt shingles. They have also been awarded ISO 14001 certification, proving that the production is consistent with environmental protection and that the product does not damage the environment.

Tegola shingle roof tiles are lightweight and are suitable for roofing and wall cladding. From very low pitched roofing to vertical, their flexibility makes them suited to curves and complex roof shapes. Tegola tiles are produced to standards higher than the British and European standard BS EN 544 with Standard, Traditional, Mosaik, Master and Prestige meeting Class 1.

PRESTIGE COPPER ROOF TILES
Prestige copper roof tiles are durable and solid, but also flexible, for this reason it is the ideal product for the realisation of classic and modern roofs.

Prestige tiles are produced to ISO 9001 by Europe’s largest manufacturer of asphalt shingles. They too have been awarded ISO 14001 certification.

Prestige tiles are lightweight and are suitable for roofing and wall cladding, ideal on low pitched roofs and also vertical hanging. As Prestige tiles are flexible it makes them suitable to curves and complex roof shapes. Prestige tiles are recyclable and produced to standards higher than the British and European standard BS EN 544 Class 1.

T-PREN GUTTER EXPANSION JOINTS
T-Pren was developed over 25 years ago in Europe to overcome expansion problems in metal gutters. T-Pren was developed to provide a waterproof expansion joint, which reduces the number of outlets and eliminates the need for steps. Lead TPren Plus was developed to overcome objections to the appearance of the black neoprene.

Suitable for gutters of all shapes, widths and falls. Although expansion is more of a problem in internal gutter linings, T-Pren is also used in external gutters and structural self-supporting assemblies. Different versions are available for each metal - aluminium, copper, lead, stainless, terne coated stainless and zinc.
