Concrete Lintels

Hi-Spec Lintels:
Our Hi-Spec lintel range is one of the most specified products in the UK market due to the comprehensive range of section sizes and lengths which are available.
Fire Rated Lintels:
We offer three different ranges of pre-stressed concrete lintel products which meet updated Building Regs for the protection of structural elements of concrete. We also provide CPD accredited training to help customers get their specifications right.
Fair Faced Lintels:
Our Fair Faced concrete lintels are prestressed to ensure optimum load carrying performance and come with 30 minutes fire rating as standard. They are typically used in exposed situations where there is no need for surface finishes.
L-Strip Steel Lintels:
A range of L-shaped galvanised and stainless steel lintels to support the outer leaf of cavity wall constructions.
Economy Range:
Perfect for use in applications where a high load carrying capacity is not required.
Padstones:

NAYLOR CONCRETE UPDATES NBS SOURCE PROFILE
In a move designed to help architects, specifiers, and engineers draft technical specifications, Naylor Concrete has updated its BIM product library on NBS Source. The full range of Naylor Concrete products including its standard and XtraFire lintels, Sealwall precast tanks and Groundwall retaining walls are now listed on the online database, enabling specifiers to quickly and easily access the technical information they need to inform specification decisions.
NBS has been connecting construction industry professionals and product manufacturers for more than 50 years and its NBS Source is well used within the construction and related industries.

NAYLOR TO SHOWCASE PRECAST SOLUTIONS AT DAIRY-TECH 2024
Naylor Concrete will be showcasing a comprehensive range of precast solutions for the dairy industry at this week’s DairyTech exhibition (Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, 7 February 2024).
Core products displayed on stand will include the company’s Sealwall liquid holding tanks; Groundwall retaining walls and the recently extended range of Rockwall retaining wall corner units and panels. Members of Naylor Concrete’s sales team will also be on hand to provide project-specific guidance.
Products in the newly extended Rockwall corner unit and Rockwall retaining wall range provide a cost effective solution with farmers who wish to create smaller above and below ground bulk storage facilities and slurry stores. Rockwall products are held in stock or, in the case of corner units, can be supplied within short lead times.
All Naylor Concrete precast products are designed in accordance with ‘BS EN 1992: Part 1:2004+A1: 2019 – Design of concrete structures – General rules and rules for buildings’.
